We’re looking for a **results-driven, empathetic, and motivated Intake Specialist** who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping others, and knows how to turn a first conversation into lasting trust — and into a client who says “yes” to moving forward.
About the Role
As an Intake Specialist, you are both a **first impression** and a **trusted guide**. You’ll actively engage with prospects, listen closely to their needs, and help them understand how we can support their immigration journey. This is a **high-impact role** that blends sales, service, and deep human connection.
Core Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound follow-ups to connect with potential clients
- Conduct structured screenings to understand legal needs and determine case potential
- Persuasively explain our services and value, guiding leads toward consultations
- Use scripts strategically while adjusting to real conversations with empathy and tact
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with prospects and clients
- Track and report outcomes, staying aligned with performance goals
- Support team efforts and adapt in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Greet and assist prospects by phone, listening for their needs and pain points




- Answer inquiries with confidence and clarity to build trust and interest
- Present legal services as solutions to their problems using ethical, persuasive techniques
- Follow up with leads and provide a sense of urgency, hope, and professionalism
- Handle objections and concerns with care and accuracy
- Use CRM tools to record all client interactions and progress
- Continuously improve through team feedback, coaching, and practice
What We’re Looking For
- **Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills**:
- **Call center or sales experience**, especially using scripts and handling objections
- Experience in intake, customer service, or legal support is highly valued
- Strong emotional intelligence and active listening abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven
- Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics
- Fluent English required
Compensation & Benefits
