**Position Overview**
We are seeking a detail‑oriented **Mechanical Assembler & Machinery Adjuster** to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the assembly, fine‑tuning, commissioning and on‑site support of automated machinery and production lines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble and mechanically adjust automated equipment, conveyors and production lines
- Interpret and work from 2D and 3D mechanical drawings, blueprints and assembly diagrams
- Perform precision alignment and calibration of components (shafts, actuators, cylinders, linear guides, spindles, etc.)
- Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) to verify tolerances and adjust fits
- Conduct mechanical testing and commissioning, including laser or dial‑gauge alignment of rotating equipment
- Install, adjust and provide on‑site customer support for machinery
- Collaborate with electrical, controls and design teams to resolve integration issues
- Create and maintain work plans, progress reports and documentation in Excel
- Adhere to poka‑yoke and other mechanical safety systems during assembly
**QualificationsEducation & Experience**
- **Bachelor’s degree**in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field (degree required)
- **5 years’ hands‑on experience as a mechanical assembler and machinery adjuster on automated lines**:
- Proven track record of field installations, fine adjustments and customer‑site support
**Technical Skills**
- Mechanical assembly and adjustment of automated systems
- Strong ability to read and interpret 2D/3D CAD drawings (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools and manual,
electric and pneumatic hand tools
- Understanding of tolerances, fine‑tuning and component alignment
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems (preferred)
- Experience with laser alignment, dial‑gauge setups and calibration of mechanical guides and actuators
**Software**
- Basic CAD skills (SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD)
- Proficient in Excel for reporting and tracking work progress

- Results‑driven, with excellent time management and communication skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously
**Additional Requirements**
- Willingness to travel to client facilities, including out‑of‑town projects
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically fit for field work and equipment assembly
- **Technical English proficiency (B2+C1)**:
- **Valid U.S. visa required — preferably NT visa** (willing to consider other active U.S. work visa categories).
**Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have**
- Prior experience with an automation integrator
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards
- Hands‑on experience with robots, screw‑driving stations, press stations and conveyors
- Skills in operating machine tools (lathe, milling machine, grinder, bench drill)
- Forklift certification and operation experience
