_**Facilities Manager**_
**Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)**
- Manage AMC activities for UPS, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm System, HVAC, and Server Room Split ACs.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and vendor compliance is maintained.
**Housekeeping & Security Management**
- Prepare and monitor **weekly rosters** for housekeeping and security staff.
- Verify **overtime compliance**, conduct periodic **training sessions**, and ensure attendance accuracy.
- Manage **access control logs**, including ID card issuance, deactivation during exits, and daily attendance monitoring.
- Conduct **security checks** for material in/out movement and ensure adherence to facility security policies.
**Procurement & Consumables**
- Raise and track **PRs/POs** for daily consumables — lease, maintenance, electricity, DG set, stationery, printer cartridges, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and maintenance support.
- Verify and process **invoices** for housekeeping, security, coffee/water services, rentals, and other infrastructure-related items.
**Cafeteria and Utility Management**
- Oversee maintenance of **coffee and vending machines** in the cafeteria.
- Manage **water supply**, stock levels, and housekeeping material distribution.
**Access, Visitor, and Parking Management**




- Handle **visitor pass management** within the office and Technopark premises.
- Supervise **parking lot operations**, security controls, and CCTV coverage for vehicle testing areas.
- Coordinate with Technopark Security for **boom barriers**, access control, and physical surveillance.
**Vendor Coordination & Breakdown Management**
- Coordinate with vendors in case of breakdowns — leased line, power supply, air-conditioning, or other critical systems.
- Ensure timely response and resolution as per SLAs.
**Preventive Maintenance**
- Schedule and execute **preventive maintenance** for UPS, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems.
- Maintain maintenance records and vendor reports.
**Asset & Audit Management**
- Manage **asset movement** and enforce policies (e.g., personal bags outside restricted areas).
- Conduct periodic **asset audits** and maintain proper documentation.
- Support **MIR/MIIR process** documentation and compliance.
**Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain all **infrastructure-related reports, documentation, and audit files**.
- Attend internal and external audits as required.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
