**About Us**:

**What you'll do**:




- Prepare accounting records and financial reports by examining bank statements and other business financial records.
- Prepare individual Income tax returns, Trust and Estate tax returns.
- Prepare business Income tax returns including 1120S, 1065 and 1120 returns.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare payroll tax returns, sales and use tax returns, business personal property tax returns.
- Prepare 1099 and 1096 Forms.
- Develop and manage client relationships by communicating effectively.
**Qualifications**
- Previous Public Accounting experience is required. **Please do not submit a resume if you do not have Public Accounting experience.**:
- Previous experience in tax and accounting.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP.
- Up to date knowledge of Income Taxes including awareness of recent tax law changes.
- Experience with accounting and tax software and reporting tools such as QuickBooks (desktop and online), Microsoft Excel.
- Above-average computer experience on MS Windows, Adobe, Outlook and Word.
- Detail and deadline-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
