What Youll be Doing
Are you results focused and love to help others Do you have a passion to maximize sales opportunities In this role, youll work effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers. Focused on educating the customer on their current products, youll also identify and capitalize on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs. Whether its getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, youll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.





During a Typical Day, Youll
Bring your passion and experience in negotiation to close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions
Effectively handle calls from existing customers while identifying and handling all sales opportunities start to close

What You Bring to the Role
Sales aptitude and active listening skills to target the needs of existing customers, with the motivation and determination to capture sales cues and upsell products and services that meet those needs
6 months of call center and or customer service experience
Advanced English and Spanish both written and spoken
Currently live in Mexico City or the immediate surroundings
Open availability to work any shift, including evenings and weekends
Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously multitask
Competency using Microsoft Windows
