As a Product Development Chemist, you will help evaluate physical and mechanical testing of materials to ensure that developments meet all quality characteristics required by Customers.
You will report to S&T; Product Development Chemist, Expert.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate and develop acrylic coating formulations requested by the marketing department to meet market and customer needs, or improve the efficiency of existing products or processes.
- Collaborate with the process, quality, and production departments to define the scope of scheduled projects/releases.
- Provide technical training to the new product launch team, including technical support experts, process engineers, quality control personnel, customers.
- Ensure that laboratory activities comply with local, national, and internal EHS regulations.
- Implement projects to save raw materials, introduce new technologies, and improve formulas.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
- Experience in texturing and painting.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
