Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of management experience in automotive components industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, and other relevant industry standards and quality systems.
- Fluent in English, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively handle customer audits and resolve factory-related challenges.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of driving operational success.
- Bilingual
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per month
