Senior Talent Special, Project Management, Mexico CityLab49 – Operations /Full-Time /Hybrid

LAB49 (an ION Group company) is an NYC-based global technology consulting firm that has been designing and building digital products for the world’s leading investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and fintech startups since 2002.

We are looking for a Talent Special Projects Manager who will support our rapidly growing organization in talent initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex projects through a focus on people. Together with Talent Leadership, you will execute projects and use your initiative and expertise to refine and further Talent objectives.

You’ll report to the Head of General Talent Engagement.

Trusted partner to talent leadership, responsible for executing Lab49 Talent projects to meet our aggressive 5-year growth objectives.

~ Anticipate business needs using personal experience, analysis, and data to recommend, develop, and implement new talent management processes as required to grow the business

~ Drive change initiatives through communication, training, and rollout of updated or new people programs.

~ Continuously analyze trends and use data to influence change to make teams and HR processes more effective.





~ Work with external and internal parties to establish tailored learning & development programs.

~ Team oriented professional who understands how to achieve buy-in from diverse constituencies, build bridges and design “win-win” solutions across a matrix management organization

3-7 years of experience in Talent Engagement and Management, preferably supporting Engineering, Product and Design teams.

~ Organized with an attention to detail, with a proven track record of independently driving projects to completion and earning the trust of your stakeholders.

~ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent work experience.
