**Key Responsibilities**:
- Processing reservations and ensuring all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining detailed records of bookings and ensuring data accuracy.
- Promoting special packages and upselling additional services when appropriate.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to provide excellent guest service and follow up on special requests.
- Assisting in preparing reports and analyzing booking trends to maximize occupancy.
- Staying informed about the hotel’s policies,



services, and amenities.
