**About the Role**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to act as the main expert for our learning systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our learning platforms, including **Cornerstone on Demand** and new AI-based learning solutions.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Manage system configurations, updates, integrations, and user support
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and system compliance
- Support the implementation and optimization of new AI-driven learning solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve learning processes and user experience




- Maintain documentation, workflows, and system best practices
- Provide guidance and training to users when necessary
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- Experience in learning systems administration
- Strong experience with Cornerstone on Demand
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English (required)
