- Meet annual savings target
- **Lead VAVE workshops and teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement**:
- **Conduct detailed analysis of product design, materials, and manufacturing processes to identify areas for optimization**:
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement VAVE recommendations**:
- **Develop and maintain documentation, including VAVE reports, proposals, and presentations**:
- **Work with suppliers to negotiate cost reductions and implement design changes**:
- **Identify and implement best practices and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement**:
**Competencies and required skills**:
- **Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field**:
- **Good english skills (written and oral)**:
- **Computer skills (MS Office)**:




- **3+ years of experience in VAVE, engineering, or related field**:
- **Strong understanding of VAVE methodologies and tools**:
- **Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills**:
- **Experience with product design, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and cost reduction initiatives**:
- **Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and teams**:
