Position Summary:
Plan and carry out the company's national shipments and attend local routes.
Responsible for payable accounts of Logistics expenses. Review, support and registration of expense accounts.
Always taking into account compliance with national and corporate legal systems.
Essential Responsibilities:




- Attend the local services, quoting, assigning and verifying all the services will be attended on time with the best time-cost.
- Keep the digital and physical record of national shipments for internal control and support of SOX audits.
- Execute the payable accounts process, reviewing, supporting and registering every expense done.
- Quote international services to assist commercial requirements (importation and exportation).
- Feed EPICOR with the information required to get CFDI for export invoices.
- Get and place all the information related to Carta Porte requirement for Logistics shipments.
- Sort and update the physical file considering the last 5 years.
- Assist the international operations according with the needs of the operation.
Confirm pedimento proforma (importation and exportation)
Set collections for US orders
Elaborate arriving notifications to purchasing and all the involved departments
