**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Job Purpose**:
Establish and maintain a quality management system in accordance with current standards and applicable customer requirements, as well as the administration of documents from other management systems for the continuous improvement of the organization and the obtaining of necessary business certifications.
**Education and Qualifications**:
- Manage, implement, and monitor quality management systems.
- Audit management systems in plant processes.
- Support the timely closure of NCs in a timely manner.
- Report on system performance and improvement needs.
- Coordinate, plan, and execute audits.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Lead Auditor AITF 16949, FAQ, IS, Sixth Edition Rule.
- Knowledge of process mapping.
- Knowledge of customer CSR (Ford, Volvo, Daimler).
- Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan).
- Process and product assessments LPA's, MMOG/LE, MSA Ford, VDA 6.3/6.5, TISAX.
- Management of customer portals (e.g., Ford, Daimler, Volvo/Mack)
- Problem-solving tools (e.g., Manage by Fact, Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Whys, 8 D's, etc.).
