**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are hiring a Revenue Operations Quality Analyst to protect execution standards and eliminate operational gaps across our revenue teams. This role exists to improve consistency, protect approval quality, and give leadership clear visibility into where processes are working and where they break. You will audit approval execution, CRM hygiene, call discipline, and compliance standards across SDR, Funding Intake, Underwriting coordination, and MCA Sales.
This is not a people management role. This is a behind the scenes performance auditing and standards role tied directly to revenue protection and scaling.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Controlled handoff and approval execution auditing
- Audit approvals for controlled handoff compliance
- Track approval to schedule execution rate by rep and department
- Monitor post underwriting contact compliance
- Verify confirmation messaging and documented availability windows
- Flag and report dead or improperly executed approvals immediately
- Execution and funnel visibility reporting
- Maintain a live approval execution dashboard
- Report weekly execution rates by rep and department




- Identify recurring breakdown patterns and behavioral gaps
- Track improvement trends following coaching
- Call and process quality audits
- Review calls for script adherence urgency control and scheduling discipline
- Evaluate CRM notes for accuracy timestamp integrity and documentation quality
- Ensure compliance with process standards and non negotiables
- Score interactions using a standardized rubric
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards
- Quality compliance and process optimization
- Audit internal revenue related data and transactions to ensure integrity and accuracy
- Review documentation and agreements for completeness and quality standards
- Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and execution friction
- Recommend improvements to reduce cycle time and improve conversion
- Ensure execution complies with internal policies and documentation standards
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on quality metrics trends and performance for leadership
- Accountability and risk flagging
- Escalate repeat execution failures through the appropriate channel
- Identify skill gaps versus repeated negligence patterns
- Protect approval quality and handoff integrity




- Ensure standards are enforced consistently across high and low performers
**PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS FIRST 90 DAYS**
Establish baseline execution rate across all revenue teams
Launch and maintain live approval execution dashboard
Achieve full visibility on approval to scheduled compliance
Standardize QA rubric tied to controlled handoff standards
Deliver weekly executive summary reports on execution discipline
**TOOLS AND SOFTWARE YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH**
Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel advanced
Pivot tables formulas dashboards reporting
CRM systems HubSpot Salesforce Zoho or similar
Call recordings and QA tools
Google Drive or similar file storage
Slack or similar team communication tools
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
Experience in QA performance auditing or revenue operations
Experience auditing sales calls and CRM documentation
Ability to identify root causes not just symptoms
Clear structured written and verbal communication
Strong judgment and consistency in evaluation
Data driven mindset with zero tolerance for vague reporting
English proficiency B1-B2 or higher
