We are seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator with proven experience in managing logistics processes. This person will be responsible for ensuring SLA compliance, guaranteeing accurate client billing, and keeping operational procedures up to date.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with Inbound and Outbound SLAs.
- Develop and execute action plans to correct deviations.
- Manage client billing and resolve discrepancies.
- Keep SOPs updated.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Fulfillment.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and teamwork skills.
