We are hiring a **Remote Recruiter** to join our offshore team at DSP Health!
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize Google Sheets to track and manage applicant information effectively
- Collaborate across teams
- Stay updated on the company's workforce requirements and be forward-thinking about talent needs
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and collecting feedback
- Assist with the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- **Experience in customer service, recruitment or similar role**:
- **Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools such as Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Gmail**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- **English language fluency**:




- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- **Must be able to work on Pacific Standard Time zone**
Pay rate from $3.50 to $5 hourly (you must have US bank account details (e.g.: Payoneer) to receive payments)
Pay: $60.00 - $86.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
