Junior Technical Recruiter (Hybrid – Querétaro, Mexico) We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter who is excited about taking on new professional challenges and enjoys connecting with people to help them reach their full potential.

Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite (Monday–Wednesday) and 2 days remote (Thursday and Friday)

Who we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations , or a related field
Advanced conversational English (required)
Previous recruitment knowledge is a plus, but not required
Experience with administrative tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must reside in Querétaro (our office is located in Juriquilla)

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates
Conduct candidate interviews
Schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers
Constant contact with clients and lead generation
Support the full recruitment lifecycle
