The Role
Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with a integral leader in cross border money transfer and payment services to find a Senior Recruiter to support its Shared Services function in Puebla. In this role, you will own full cycle recruitment for shared services roles, building strong pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.
What You Will Actually Do
Manage full cycle recruitment for shared services roles based in Puebla
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for shared services functions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Provide a consistent, positive candidate experience from first contact through offer
Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline activity

Strong sourcing and pipeline development skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfort working onsite in Puebla
