Job Description: Endpoint EngineerKey Responsibilities
**SCCM Administration**
- Deploy, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure
- Perform health checks and troubleshoot SCCM client/server issues
- Create and maintain compliance baselines and reports
**Microsoft Intune Management**
- Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
- Monitor and resolve Intune deployment errors and Autopilot issues
- Ensure security compliance for mobile and endpoint devices
**Integration & Automation**
- Integrate SCCM with Intune for co-management scenarios
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell) for routine tasks
- Optimize workflows for software distribution and patching
**Security & Compliance**
- Adhere to organizational security standards and compliance frameworks




- Implement endpoint protection policies and monitor security incidents
**Collaboration & Documentation**
- Work closely with global teams and HUB leads
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and MOMs
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions across tracks
**Required Skills**:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Endpoint Security
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and ITIL processes
