Experience
- Relevant Background: 2-4 years of experience in tool crib management, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) inventory.
- System Experience: Proven experience performing transactions in SAP and Oracle
- Industry Context: Previous experience in a high-volume, "zero-downtime" manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Audit History: Demonstrated experience in managing formal cycle count programs and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
Technical Skills
- Software Proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel (ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas to analyze Min/Max data).
- Component Knowledge: Ability to identify common industrial mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components (e.g., sensors, motors, valves, bearings).
- Inventory Logic: Strong understanding of inventory valuation, "First-In-First-Out" (FIFO) logic, and safety stock principles.
- 5’s methodology: Knowledge of 5’s methodology is a plus
