Job Description: Payroll SupportJob Summary
The Payroll Support role involves planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and go-live for payroll-related projects. Responsibilities include timely escalation of critical risks and issues, providing input to the Program Manager, and performing regular updates to the project plan and weekly status reporting. The role also requires validation of SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Test) plan schedules, managing testing activities when applicable, initiating change requests with the Program Manager, and ensuring effective project communication across all levels.
Years of Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills
- Excellent understanding of payroll principles and systems (ADP GV)
- Knowledge of time tracking systems (Workday)
- Mailbox monitoring
- Monitoring payroll cycles
- Responding to tickets in the customer response center and handling escalations
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI




Certifications / Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
