**Call Center Services International**is looking for an Internal Communication Supervisor to be part of our team.
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with the company’s values and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with People & Culture, leadership, and other stakeholders to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and overall wellness.
- Design and oversee creative assets (e.g., graphics, videos, infographics) to support key initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and employees, ensuring a two-way, transparent flow of information.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize impact.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a large,



multi-site organization or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to foster inclusive, positive workplace cultures that prioritize well-being.
