**Your Impact**
As a Digital Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation), you will be directly responsible for generating high-quality leads through modern digital channels. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, testing, and continuous optimization across platforms such as Google Ads, SEO, paid social, and conversion funnels.As a Marketing Director at Bridge Solutions Group, you will help develop and execute strategies that generate high-quality leads and support sales growth. Your work will have a direct impact on lead volume, cost efficiency, and overall revenue performance**What You’ll Do**:
- Plan, launch, and manage digital lead generation campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and lead quality
- Develop and improve landing pages, funnels, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to increase conversions
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment with revenue goals
- Manage and track leads through CRM and marketing tools




- Execute retargeting and follow-up campaigns to improve conversion rates
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, and paid social campaigns
- Understanding of conversion tracking, funnels, and performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimize campaigns based on data
- Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- English proficiency required
**What We Offer**:
- Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm
- Salary base: $45,000 pesos per month (gross salary) + performance bonuses
