Join a growing international fertility clinic and make a real impact in patients’ lives. We’re looking for a **bilingual Customer Care Representative** to manage patient communication, follow up on leads, and help convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
You will be the **first point of contact**, ensuring a smooth, empathetic, and professional experience for every patient.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (English/Spanish)
- Follow up with new leads, active patients, and social media inquiries
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Re-engage and reschedule missed appointments (no-shows)
- Provide clear information about fertility services and processes
- Document interactions in CRM/EMR systems
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams
**Requirements**:
- Fully bilingual: English & Spanish
- Experience in **customer service, call center,



or patient coordination**:
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
**Nice to Have**
- Experience in healthcare, fertility, or medical call centers
- Familiarity with **Salesforce, EMR, or Slack**:
- Experience with U.S.based patients
