C3 AI has an opening for an **Accounts Payable Analyst **located onsite at our offices in Guadalajara, Mexico**.
**As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will handle various AP and Procure-to-Pay process and initiatives at C3 AI.We are looking for an analytical, self-motivated individual who is experienced working in a high-growth environment without a direct onsite manager.The reporting manager will be located at the Company's headquarters in Redwood City.The idóneo person will balance a positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to roll-up-their sleeves, allowing them to seamlessly function as a strong individual contributor, project leader, and team player.This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Financial Operations.
**Please note this role is located onsite, full-time at our Guadalajara office.
****Responsibilities**:- Actively process and understand the day-to-day activities of the Procure-to-Pay process, including but not limited to purchasing, accounts payable, vendor setup, and actively seek to improve existing processes.
- Process invoices and obtain invoice approvals in accordance with the Company's policy.
- Prepare weekly payment runs including gathering supporting documents.
- Process credit card transactions and reconcile credit card statements.
- Prepare monthly vendor invoice expense accruals.
- Help drive the accounting close and reporting process for the Procure-to Pay cycle.
- Ownership of reconciliations and analysis for the balance sheet accounts in the Procure-to-Pay cycle.
- Responsible for documentation of internal controls for areas of responsibility.




- Continuously improve the Procure-to-Pay operating and reporting processes.
- Help with systems improvement and automation projects.
- Assist with special projects and other ad hoc requests.
- Travel to C3 AI's headquarters in Redwood City, California on an as-needed basis.
- Other duties as assigned or required including but not limited to:- Perform routine general accounting support tasks for the accounting department as needed.
- Provide supporting documentation for external audits.
**Requirements**:- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Experience with high-growth companies, ideally in the Software SaaS/PaaS industry.
- Efficient and accurate in day-to-day responsibilities, but adaptable to changing priorities as they arise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very high attention to detail, process oriented and systems savvy.
- NetSuite experience a plus.
- FloQast account reconciliation experience a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Must be able to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize work assignments for efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work as part of a team.
