JOB SUMMARYThe Lean Six Sigma SME II will support the site or Regional Operations Leadership to drive improvement in all areas of Jabil's Operations working with the Site Finance, all Management functions and the Plant Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Managers and support Operations Management in identifying improvement opportunities that enhance the site and Jabil's performance.This position requires to effectively mentoring at all levels of the organization while exceeding both bottom line and people development within area of expertise.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead as Subject Matter Expert in all global & regional lean six sigma systems and applicationsLead as Subject Matter Expert in all lean six sigma principles and practicesCommunicate to all regional teams key lean six sigma metricsCoach, mentor, and train engineers within the lean six sigma team & other functional engineering teams as neededEnsure the standardization of Jabil processes throughout the site in accordance with the integral, regional and site directionDevelop new lean six sigma best practices with supporting data to Regional and Global lean six sigma teams to optimize existing best practicesLink between strategic vision and tactical implementation for the siteBe the architect and leader of lean transformation effortsEnable the implementation of lean six sigma plans directed at the achievement of the organization's purposeSet key metrics to gauge lean six sigma maturity within the organizationEnsure alignment and synchronization of Jabil's Lean Six Sigma mission/vision/purpose that support business plansDeploying organization design to foster continuous improvement and human developmentDevelop standardized policies and procedures with Regional Lean Six Sigma ManagersIntegrate lean six sigma principles, values,
