This role is designed for a transformational leader with proven success managing complex multi-site operations, large labor organizations, and world-class manufacturing performance.

• +8,000 employees
• 4 manufacturing locations
• Automotive cut & sew / trim operations
• Full operational accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost
• Strategic leadership of plant management teams
• Operational excellence and continuous improvement culture
• Executive interaction with regional and global leadership

• Extensive experience in automotive sewing manufacturing (Mandatory)
