Responsibilities:
You will assist in the implementation of the MESH (Environment, Safety and Health Management System) and use MESH tools to drive improvements;
Supports site risk assessment to identify hazards and critical EHS issues;
Supports tracking of appropriate leading and lagging indicators to monitor EHS performance;
Supports the monitoring and achievement of the center's environmental, health and safety objectives;
Supports and promotes a culture of zero EHS incidents at all facilities;
Supports EHS commitment through EHS teams and committees necessary to achieve the goals and objectives set for the year;
Works with the EHS supervisor and EHS element champions to complete an annual assessment of compliance with national, state and local EHS regulations;
Supports efforts for third party recognition for programs that establish the site and Eaton's EHS program as world class.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years as EHS supervisor
English as working language
