**Inbound Sales Consultant (Remote - 1099 Contractor)**
**Position Overview**:
**This role is responsible for converting inbound customer calls into same-day sales. You will actively listen to customer needs, probe for key details, provide accurate pricing, confidently overcome objections, and close sales during the initial call whenever possible.**
**Success in this position requires comfort in a fast-paced sales environment, strong closing skills, and disciplined follow-up when a sale is not secured same-day.**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Handle incoming calls from potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our products/services.**:
- **Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively close sales.**:
- **Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and overcome objections.**:
- **Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.**:
- **Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).**:
- **Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities.**
**Requirements**:
- Inbound calling experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Native Speaker
- Proven Call Center sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation and Upselling skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and Upselling skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline to work effectively from home.
- Access to a quiet work environment, a reliable internet connection, and a personal computer.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.




**Compensation**:
- Hourly Rate $9 + a competitive commission structure designed to reward high performers.
- As a 1099 independent contractor, you will not be eligible for company benefits.

- Headset: USB noise-canceling headset with mic
- Power backup (UPS): 300W+ UPS for laptops / 600-700W UPS for desktops
- Webcam: Integrated or external, 720p+
- Workspace: Quiet, dedicated area to reduce background noise and distractions
