**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Allocate and reconcile patient payments based on patient benefits by reviewing explanations of benefits (EOBs)
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records to support reporting and audits
- Calculate bill totals by reviewing previous financial statements and account activity
- Input and update payment history, upcoming payment information, and other financial data in patient accounts
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all billing information
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in medical billing, insurance billing, data entry, or medical records
- Experience working with insurance companies (e.g., EOBs, claims, benefit verification)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of organization, structure,



reliability, and ability to work independently
- Clear, direct, and effective verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
- KPI-driven and goal-oriented mindset
