**Position Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on location and availability- Confirm and follow up on appointments with customers- Update job management systems with notes and status changes- Assist with rescheduling, cancellations,



and last-minute changes- Communicate with field technicians and management for smooth workflow- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism**Requirements**:- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatch role- Must speak and write fluent English- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and CRM tools- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment- Able to work adaptable hours based on business needs**Preferred Qualifications**:- Prior experience working with a U.S.based company- Familiarity with service-based industries (HVAC, cleaning, etc.)**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timePay: $14,****** - $25,****** per monthExpected hours: ******* per week**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
