**This is a Collections campaign. You must find yourself comfortable calling customers to collect debt, negotiate payment arrangements, know how to use promises to pay.**

**Schedule**:
- 8.5 working hours a day
- 5 working days a week
- Sunday fixed off
- Additionally, you will have 1h lunch and two 15 minutes breaks (day)
**As a Collections Representative, you need**:




- Experience/skills in negotiating debt payments
- **Basic Excel** needs is a **MUST**:
- Comfortability making outbound calls for collecting debt
- Ability to collect full debt or portion of the debt on the phone
- Basic knowledge on what "payment arrangements" and "promises to pay" are
- You need strong skills in "probing questions", investigations skills and active listening
- If you do not have experience in collections, a Finance background and strong call center customer service experience is a plus.
Pay: $16,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
