We're growing and we need a hunter. No warm leads handed to you just a clear outbound process, real accounts to close, and commissions paid in USD with no cap.
**What you'll do**
- Make high-volume outbound calls prospect, qualify, close
- Own the full sales cycle from cold call to signed contract
- Build your own client portfolio through disciplined follow-up
- Hit monthly KPIs and keep your CRM updated after every interaction
**What we need**
- 3+ years in B2B outbound / telephone sales no exceptions
- English C1 used daily with clients and in writing
- Industrial or MRO sector experience is a strong plus
- University degree (completed or in progress)
- Comfortable with rejection; sharp objection-handling skills
