**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
As a **Senior Data Analyst** within our International COE, you will be the driving force behind our data products and business tasks resolution. You will have the autonomy to transform complex data into smart control models, analyze processes issues, and contribute to advanced analytics projects. This role is designed for an analytical mind with a passion for BI, stats and programming, who wants to stop being just an executor and start owning solutions that directly impact global decision-making.
The role is accountable for delivery of scalable, high-quality data-based solutions that enable process performance visibility, issue detection, and insight-driven decision-making across general transformation and control initiatives. The role focuses on building and maintaining reliable datasets, analytics models, and dashboards under the guidance of the Data & Analytics Lead.
The role partners closely with the Data & Analytics Lead, fellow International COE team members and stakeholders to enable reliable, actionable analytics solutions. Through this partnership, the Data Analyst helps ensure that data is trusted, reusable, and effectively supports decision‑making, continuous improvement initiatives, and value realization—while operating within established data governance and architectural standards.

As a Senior Data Analyst - Financial Controls for our International Center of Excellence (ICOE) your responsibilities would consist of
**- Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain curated datasets and data pipelines supporting process KPIs and dashboards
- Develop analytics models for issue identification, trend analysis, and root cause exploration
- Ensure data quality, validation controls, and documentation for analytics assets
- Support predictive and advanced analytics use cases in collaboration with senior team members
- Contribute to self-service analytics enablement through reusable data products and semantic models
- Partner with key stakeholders to deeply understand their business challenges, translating their needs into smart, visual data products (dashboards and reports)
- Provide analytical support for value realization and benefits tracking initiatives

- Partner closely with functional stakeholders to implement analytical tools required for process optimization and analysis
- Build predictive model in order to optimize Financial Control processes
- Educate other team members on key principles of data transformation and modelling
- Closely cooperate with International COE and Control stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the agreed tools
- Develop and maintain documentation on the dashboards design and logic
**- People Responsibilities**
- Develop strong working relationships with ICOE and S&T; team in course of data solutions development and maintenance.
- Facilitate smooth deployment of newly created solutions.
- Champion and embed data-driven decision-making approach across ICOE team members and Controls stakeholders.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field or 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, or business intelligence roles, with a track record of data modelling and data transformation solutions that support business and operational decision‑making
- Basic technical skills in SQL and hands‑on experience with at least one modern analytics or data processing language (e.g., Python, Spark), applied in practical business contexts.
