**Objective of the job**
- In charge of supply chain management operations in site, including materials planning and production scheduling for different processes.
- Costs and Periodicity control in raw material acquisition of supply chain.
**Principles Activities**
- Manage materials supply in time, within specifications, and in quantity for the plant, as well as assembled modules and products to the customer´s production sites.
- Manage, control, and provide reduction strategies for inventory, Premium Freight, and other logistics chain costs.




- Manage logistics procedures to ensure satisfy internal and customer needs.
- Provide non-JIS parts (VW Automobile, BMW Steps, service parts, etc.) altogether with the other logistics supervisors.
- Monitor and implement improvements to the assigned KPIs: Inventory Level (DOH, TOP Material, Top Max Min Stock, Cycle Time Inventory), Obsolete Materials, Premium Freight, No Line Stoppages, etc., which will be evaluated monthly.
- Collaborate to ensure team members management (leadership, training, employee satisfaction, staff development) under PD management principles and standards defined by FIR.
- Issue production performance reports, measuring delays at the plant and in its areas.
- Implement improvements throughout the supply chain (increase transparency, improve data visibility, and provide timely and reliable information).
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree
- 10 - 15 years of experience in supply chain management
- 2 years min of experience in logistics systems
- 10 - 15 years in logistics area
- Advanced English
