**About the role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a **Kinaxis Functional Lead**, you’ll be responsible for:
- Serve as the SME for Kinaxis across all planning functions
- Lead configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of planning models, control towers, and dashboards
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions
- Own data integrity, model governance, and system performance within the platform
- Manage system enhancements, releases, and coordination with IT and external partners
**Requirements**:

As a minimum you must have:
- 8+ years of supply chain planning experience (demand, supply, inventory, SIOP)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and planning concepts
- Experience with data modeling, scenario planning, and advanced analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
**Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have**:
- Knowledge of ERP systems




- Experience supporting user adoption, training, and change management initiatives
- Experience working cross-functionally with business and IT teams
