**Position Summary**
The FATP Engineer is responsible for supporting and improving Final Assembly, Test, and Pack (FATP) manufacturing processes for electronic products and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). This role focuses on process optimization, quality improvement, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring products meet customer requirements, quality standards, and production targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and optimize FATP manufacturing processes.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and production launches.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improving quality, efficiency, and yield.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing, testing, and assembly issues.
- Create and maintain work instructions, process flows, and manufacturing documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Test, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational goals.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities for quality issues.
- Support equipment qualification, validation, and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, IPC standards, and company procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, scrap, rework, and first-pass yield.
- Participate in design reviews and provide manufacturing feedback to customers and engineering teams.




**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCBA, or FATP environments preferred.
- Bilingual -Able to communicate in English (Interview will be held in this language)
- Knowledge of electronic assembly processes and manufacturing operations.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with SMT, PCBA manufacturing, and FATP operations.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, and ESD requirements.
- Experience with MES and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with automated test equipment and production validation processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $38,000.00 per month
