**Outbound Sales Representative (Remote )**
**Position Overview**:
**The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach to contractors, construction companies, property managers, and other commercial clients. This role focuses on identifying prospects, building relationships, understanding customer needs, and converting opportunities into sales.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Present and explain Prime Dumpster's Pro Services solutions
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM
- Meet or exceed sales and activity goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
**Requirements**:
- Outbound calling experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Native Speaker
- Proven outbound sales, business development, or lead generation experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience selling B2B products or services
- Experience working with contractors,



construction companies, property managers, or commercial clients
- Remote sales experience
**Compensation**:
- Hourly Rate $8 USD + a competitive commission structure designed to reward high performers.
- As a 1099 independent contractor, you will not be eligible for company benefits.
