- Ensure daily operations run in accordance with Autoliv standards and SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale) targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities within the assigned production area.
- Build and maintain awareness among Production Leaders regarding the impact of their areas/lines on overall production results.
- Ensure production is carried out in compliance with Autoliv standards.
- Oversee the production area with full responsibility for planning, organizing, and controlling activities.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement to achieve stable and sustainable performance.
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Train and develop Production Leaders in both technical and soft skills, ensuring continuous improvement in their ways of working.
- Act as a leadership ambassador in alignment with Autoliv Key Behaviors, leading by example.




- Proactively escalate issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Experiência y requisitos
**Education**:
Bachelor´s degree in relevant area is an advantage.
**Previous Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment incl. experience in a Gemba leadership role
- Experience in setting and meeting production targets
- Experience in using Lean manufacturing tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
**Languages**:
English both verbally and in writing.
