Fish Meal Plant Manager
yThe Fish Meal Plant Manager is responsible for leading the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the Fish Meal Plant. This role oversees the conversion of fish by-products into high-quality fish meal and fish oil while maximizing yield, ensuring product quality, controlling costs, and maintaining environmental and food safety standards
.
The position provides strategic and operational leadership, working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Environmental, and Corporate teams to achieve production objectives and drive continuous improvemen

Develop and execute production plans aligned with raw material availability and business requiremen
Maximize equipment utilization, throughput, and production efficien
Monitor and improve plant KPIs, including yield, productivity, downtime, energy consumption, and operating cos
ionOptimize fish meal and fish oil manufacturing processes to improve product quality and operational efficien
Analyze production data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savin
Support commissioning and startup of new equipment and production lin

Work closely with Quality Assurance to investigate deviations and implement corrective actio
