**What will you do in this role?
****1.Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**Use of various recruitment channels (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Optimization of the selection process to improve efficiency.
**2.Payroll and Benefits Management**Calculation and processing of payroll with on-time payments.Administration of social security, savings funds, and other incentives.Salary review and adjustments to ensure competitiveness.
**3.Team Development and Labor Relations**Organization of team-building activities.Implementation of organizational culture and HR support.Onboarding and professional development of new employees.




**4.Incentive Management and Talent Development (Bonus)**Design and optimization of incentive plans.Development of motivation strategies aligned with business goals.
**What we're looking for in you**- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in Human Resources (recruitment, payroll, and labor relations).
- **Industry**: Preferred experience in fintech, financial technology, or electronic payments.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in computer tools and strong analytical abilities.
- **Languages**: Conversational English.
- **Competencies**: Teamwork, strong execution, and responsibility.
