Project Manager - Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

As an experienced Project Manager Senior Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and leadership.
Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and long-term organizational objectives.
Lead and mentor project teams, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.




Communicate project status, key milestones, and challenges to senior management, executives, and stakeholders.

Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
~ Advanced English level.
~ Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
~ Proficiency in advanced project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira.
~ Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
~ Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, high-complexity projects in a fast-paced environment.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is required.
Experience managing enterprise-level, integral, or multi-departmental projects.
Strong expertise in change management and business transformation initiatives.
