This position is responsible for providing excellent support to customers, ensuring timely follow-up on requests, and maintaining effective communication with internal departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or related positions.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Planning experience
- Experience using ERP and/or CRM systems is preferred.
