Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.
- Lead and oversee production activities to deliver high-quality output, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, yield, downtime, safety incidents, and cost performance to drive data-based decisions.
- Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through effective planning and execution.

- Engineering or bachelor's degree

- Knowledge of Production PLAN
- Intermediate-advanced English (written and conversational) Engineering Change Management Excel intermediate-advanced level (macro handling)
