- Gestión de riesgos en tiempo real en piso de producción (capacidad de respuesta inmediata a incidentes en turno)
- Conocimiento sólido de normativas:
- NOM STPS (especialmente NOM-004, NOM-019, NOM-030, NOM-017, NOM-002)
- OSHA (deseable)
- Conocimiento de certificaciones ISO 45001 - ISO 14001 (Deseable)

- Investigación de incidentes avanzada (5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, etc)
- Implementación de controles críticos (LOTO, trabajos en caliente, espacios confinados)
- Manejo de indicadores EHS (KPIs) y análisis de tendencias

- Experiencia en manejo de contratistas en sitio

- Resolución de conflictos en tiempo real Coaching en seguridad (formación en piso)
- Experiencia liderando programas de seguridad

Education And Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree Chemical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering.



3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

- Defines, evaluate and analyze the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) suitable for each operation and/or machinery in the company.
- Coordinate and development of Environmental, health and safety training.
- Risk analysis to current and new processes and equipment.
- Responsible for processing Legal permits and safety studies, meeting with Mexican regulations on safety and certifications (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, safe company, etc.) as well as Corporate requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements

- English spoken and written (85% Advanced), ability to make presentations.
- ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 experience.
- Environmental, Hygiene and Environmental legal requirements knowledge.
- Regulations compliance.
- Risk analysis experience.
- People skills, team work, communication skills.
