Job Description

- Provide professional nursing care to patients, assist doctors in daily diagnosis and treatment, and follow medical standards and protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, maintain nursing records, and perform routine ward rounds.
- Ensure a clean and safe medical environment, disinfect equipment regularly, and comply with infection control policies.
- Communicate with patients and their families, provide health education, and answer medical and care-related questions.
- Support patient admission, monitoring, follow-up, and discharge procedures.
- Cooperate with the medical team to ensure smooth daily department operation.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; valid professional nursing license required.
- Familiar with clinical nursing procedures and medical safety standards.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Patient, detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work adaptable shifts and under pressure.
