Join our team as a PCA Intern (Production Control & Analysis Intern), where you will support production planning, material management, and operational analysis while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, analyze production data, monitor inventory performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence.

Requirements

- Active student with at least 1 year remaining before graduation in programs such as Industrial Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced English level (mandatory)
- knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- knowledge of Power BI and SAP are a plus
- Interest in Production Planning / Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Support production planning and material control activities to ensure operational continuity
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining material availability for production
- Analyze production and supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement




- Generate reports and dashboards to track key operational metrics
- Assist in demand planning and production schedule follow‑up
- Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives related to material shortages or production issues
- Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to planning and inventory processes
