What Is Your Role?

As a Digital Solutions Technician, you will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital applications and automation tools that enhance quality operations. This role works closely with quality, engineering, and IT teams to improve digital systems, support end users, and help drive digitalization initiatives across the organization. The position offers an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical problem‑solving, application support, and development in a hands‑on environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and deployment of digital tools using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and .NET technologies.
- Assist with testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance of digital applications and automation solutions.
- Help integrate digital tools with databases and business systems such as SQL, Databricks, ERP, and MES platforms.
- Provide technical support to end users and document configurations, procedures, and user guides.

Experiences / Education—Required

- Technical degree or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and related web development technologies.




- Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Fundamental knowledge of Python and basic understanding of APIs or system integrations.
- Hands‑on troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Experiences / Education—Desired

Relevant additional experience or knowledge is preferred but not required.
