MLE Intern

Primary Location: Irapuato, Guanajuato, MX.

We are looking for a student intern to join our MLE (Mill Lining Engineering) team. In this role, you will perform simple calculations for engineering and production drawings for wear‑resistant products and tooling, and support the MLE team with out‑of‑ordinary design activities to enhance team performance.

Location: Irapuato, Guanajuato, MX. Flexible working options. This is a temporary position with a contract lasting 6 months to 1 year.

Reporting to: Mill Lining Engineering Leader for NCA Region.

What you’ll do

- Create 3D models in Autodesk Inventor.
- Create 2D manufacturing drawings to support MLE projects.
- Build Excel spreadsheets as instructed.
- Clean drawings for migration or archiving.
- Review master data in SAP S/4.
- Enter information in PDM Teamcenter.
- Investigate small projects to free up design time for MLE members.

What you’ll bring

- High motivation and ability to work under stress.
- Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, Outlook.
- 70 % proficiency in AutoCAD.




- Knowledge of PDM Teamcenter is an asset.
- Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
