Role Description The Video Editor role at Harvest Company is a full-time remote position responsible for producing engaging video content that supports marketing and revenue growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage into polished videos, assembling narratives that align with campaign goals, and optimizing content for various digital channels.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives, refining visual styles, and ensuring all video assets meet brand and quality standards.

Editor will manage project timelines, organize media files, and consistently deliver on deadlines while contributing ideas to improve visual storytelling.

Qualifications





- Must have Excellent written and spoken English and be able to attend daily team meetings online.
- Must have excellent internet access. (1 gig upload and download capabilities, compensation for internet is available)
- Candidates should possess skills in video production and video editing for marketing and promotional content.
- Candidates should possess skills in video color grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and graphics to create engaging visual elements and overlays.
- Candidates should have experience in using AI generation software for talking head videos and voice reproduction.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is beneficial.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and sound design, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with marketing, design, and strategy teams.
- Prior experience creating video content for digital marketing, social media, or advertising campaigns is a requirement.
